At Ultima Displays Italia srl, we are committed to ensuring that our website and all digital services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This document describes our accessibility practices, the standards we follow, and how you can provide feedback.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is a set of standards that must be adhered to in order to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities. There are 3 defined levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA.

Ultima Displays is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This means that there are some parts of the content that do not conform to the accessibility standard.

Known accessibility limitation

Features or content that do not meet accessibility standards:

1. Videos:
   Some videos on the site do not currently have subtitles. We plan to add subtitles to all missing videos by Q1/Q2 2028.
2. Images :
   Images on the site (products, galleries) do not currently have complete alternative text (alt text). Systematic completion of alt text, prioritizing high-traffic pages, is planned by Q4 2026.
3. PDF documents:
   The site’s forms (contact, quote request) require formal verification of compatibility with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Verification planned by Q1 2028.
4. Color contrast:
   The color contrast of the site’s graphic elements (including the company color palette) has not yet been verified against minimum WCAG requirements. Verification planned by Q4 2027.

Unresolved accessibility barriers due to budget or technical limitations (Disproportionate burden):

A full review of the existing document archive (historical catalogs and price lists, including the larger general price list) is not currently feasible in the short term due to limited internal resources available for this activity. Priority will be given to the most widely used documents, while addressing the full archive will be subject to an annual review of progress.

Content outside the scope of accessibility legislation:

Some video content on the site is embedded from third-party platforms (YouTube) and is not directly under our technical control in terms of the accessibility implementation of the player.
